Unity Massage & Wellness is a private massage therapy practice in Ida Grove, Iowa. I’m a licensed massage therapist and have been practicing since 2022. I specialize in pain relief and management, with a focus on musculo-tendonal reeducation (MTR) and trigger point therapy.

My approach combines postural analysis and structural integration with techniques informed by Traditional Chinese Medicine. I work with clients experiencing acute or chronic pain, tailoring each session to their needs and goals.

I provide personalized, trauma-informed care that recognizes the connections between the body, stress, movement, and lived experience. My training includes MTR, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Medical Qi Gong, reflexology, sports massage, Swedish massage, and Esalen.

Sessions are designed to support pain relief, body awareness, and overall well-being. I also offer practical self-care guidance, including PNF stretching and other wellness techniques. I’m currently studying herbalism as I continue to deepen my whole-body, holistic approach.
